She is a self-taught aromatherapist who loves teaching people how to take care of themselves naturally, cutting down on the need for antibiotics and pills. She started leading workshops in aromatherapeutics at the Herbal Faire in Whatcom County in 2002, and has taught at Vision Quest in Everett, and through the Lake Stevens School District.
