The Healthy Home with Lisa Culler
In the new year, we often make resolutions for our personal health and happiness. Why not include the health of our home? In this class, we will focus on inexpensive and easy ways to bolster the health and vitality of the space we spend most of our time in. We will target areas such as the yard, kitchen, and bathroom along with air, water, and food quality. And we won't forget our furry friends who add to our happy homes.
Lisa Culler worked as a landscaper with InHarmony Sustainable Design and in private practice for seven years. She completed the Master Home Environmentalist Program through the American Lung Association in 2005, and became a Certified Nutritional Consultant in 2006. She currently runs a consultancy in Seattle, sharing useful information about lowering the toxic loads in your home and body.
