Proposed Changes in
Bylaws
The Board of Directors of the Co-op is offering to the owner-members a proposed set of changes to the Co-op Bylaws.
These changes are a result of our mandate to periodically review and update the Bylaws to keep them in alignment with current legal requirements, the mission of the Co-op, and the Seven Co-operative Principles.

Owners are encouraged to review the proposal and to
vote on the changes. Ballots will be included in
the April edition of our newsletter, the Natural
Enquirer. Results will be
announced at the Annual Meeting on May 13.
