Beth Hailey has been
involved with the Co-op since the beginning. Not
just as a vendor, but as an owner-member,
volunteer, and member of our staff.
During the Spring, Summer, and Fall, Beth works her small farm plot in LaConner producing fresh herbs, flowers, and assorted vegetables. Beth also creates dried herb and spice blends, flavored vinegars, and assorted body care products, selling them at our Co-op, area farmer's markets, art shows, and a various other shops and venues in the Northwest and beyond.
In the Winter, when farming slows down, Beth assists us at the Co-op and has worked in nearly every department including finance, health & beauty, and mercantile.
Look for Dona Flora Gardener's Salve and Skagit Salve in our Health & Beauty Department, Fresh Summertime Flowers in our Floral Section, dried beans, sunchokes, and fresh herbs in our Produce Department.
