Fairhaven Organic Flour Mill, Bellingham

Fairhaven Organic Flour Mill began as a cooperative in 1974 for the purpose of producing the highest quality, freshest flour for Northwest bakers. Although the mill is no longer a cooperative, having been purchased by the Christenson family in 2007, they continue to produce excellent quality, freshly ground flours made from grains grown by west coast producers. In fact, all the grains that pass through the mill are 100% certified organic.
