Honey Nut Protein Bars
Adapted from various online resources, recipe makes 12 bars
- 1 cup natural Honey Roasted peanut butter
- 1 cup protein powder: whey, hemp, or soy
- 2 tablespoons coconut oil
- 1 cup uncooked gluten free oats
- 2-5 tablespoons water, depending on texture
- 1 tablespoon of unsweetened cocoa (optional)
