Breadfarm, Edison

Located in the small village of Edison, Washington, Breadfarm's specialty is hand-formed, artisan breads. Begun by veteran "foodies" Scott and Renee in 2003, Breadfarm is committed to sustainable food production, sourcing much of their ingredients from local producers, like cornmeal from Fairhaven Mill in Bellingham, and potatoes from the Skagit Valley. Using old fashioned techniques, their loaves are naturally leavened to ensure moistness and flavor.

These folks are truly passionate about their bread, creating loaves that are light in texture, hearty in nature, with a crispy, satisfying crust. Baked fresh and delivered daily to your Co-op!

Fresh-baked daily offerings include Chuckanut Multigrain, Samish River Potato, Baker's White, Black Olive Baguette, Original Baguette, Rosy Rolls, and Sliced Sandwich Bread. Look for soft-sweet Challah on Fridays and assorted specialty loaves that change with the seasons.
