Shop 4% Friday on December 27th to Support Skagit Adult Day Program

On the 4th Friday of every month, you shop and, together, we give! Skagit Valley Food Co-op’s 4% Friday Community Shopping Day recipients receive 4% of the day’s sales at the Co-op, so the more you put in your cart, the more you give back! On Friday, December 27th, 4% of sales will be donated to Skagit Adult Day Program.

It is the mission of Skagit Adult Day Program (SADP) to provide high quality, compassionate care in a safe environment to those who have diagnoses of a dementia or Alzheimer’s disease. The activities and social interactions are designed to stimulate cognition, improved or maintain mobility while meetings the social needs of the individuals. SADP provides respite, support, and education to the caregiver.

How will your shopping trip help Skagit Adult Day Program?

The Skagit Adult Day Program provides homecooked meals at both Bradford House and Gentry House, cooked by our staff. We also provide the same for various support and educational groups for client’s caregivers throughout the region. 4% Friday funds would be used to help sustain these efforts.
