Co-op Board

The second principle of the 7 Cooperative Principles, the internationally-recognized guidelines for all cooperatives, states that cooperatives must have "democratic member control" and be run by a democratically elected board of representatives. Board members are elected by all active member-owners of the Co-op for three year terms, and may be re-elected for repeated terms.

During the meeting, incumbent candidate Mike Hackett announced his resignation, so we are pleased to welcome Britta Eschete to the Board of Directors. Incumbent Casey Schoenberger will continue to serve on the Board for another term.
