Little-known, but very fun fact: the Co-op has three floors!
On the third floor, you’ll find the Co-op’s Administrative and Finance offices, as well as two community meeting rooms. Both community meeting rooms may be reserved and utilized, free of charge, by community groups and non-profit organizations. If you’re a community service or action group, education group, or non-profit, give us a call!
We do not accept reservations for personal meetings, counseling services, parties, sales meetings, attorney-client meetings, etc.
Room 309: This is where all Co-op workshops & classes take place. There is a large conference table that seats 10. There is additional seating space for 20 people. This room has a microwave, sink, water cooler, several tables, chairs, and white boards. It also has a large screen TV that can be hooked up to your personal computer or our DVD player (provided) to show films, presentations, etc.
Room 310: This room has tables and chairs to fit 12 people. It has a white board and water cooler.
If you would like to request to use a community room, please call our Marketing & Community Outreach Director, Nicole, at (360) 336-5087, ext. 136. Priority is given to Co-op workshops and staff meetings. You may also fill out the form below, and we will contact you with questions and/or to confirm your request. **Please note, rooms fill up quickly so we do ask for at least a week notice for room reservations.
If your group is using one of the Co-op community rooms, be considerate of our shoppers’ needs and park along the street or two blocks away along the revetment.
