Co-op Brew Corner: A Nice Day IPA

Not every can of beer sends positive vibes. Enter the smiley face of Silver City’s Nice Day IPA, a crisp and refreshing summer ale. This vibrant and juicy pale ale greets the palate with grapefruit, tangerine and pink peppercorns. Slightly sweet and spicy, pair this local brew with your favorite summertime classics: nachos, burgers, quesadillas and backyard BBQ dishes.

A friendly, session style beer, Nice Day IPA pours golden amber with dense, sudsy foam. On the nose there’s a whiff of bitter lime peel, and a slightly spicy piney flavor. The aftertaste is quickly bitter, with a lingering notes of tangerine and sweet malt. Pair it with: chard enchiladas or spicy Thai chicken satay.

Hurry now: Nice Day IPA is now on sale until July 31st, 2017 for only $8.49 per 6-pk, regularly $9.49 per 6 pk. Take home a 6 pack of smiley faced cans today!
