Co-op Brew Corner: Be Independent

Celebrate Independence Day with fresh, local brew! Making beer has quite a history in the United States of America. Many of the Founding Fathers were home brewers and beer enthusiasts, including: George Washington, Samuel Adams and Thomas Jefferson. And many a patriot is a fan of liberty and beer.

Commemorate the legacy of American Independence with the following brews – made with passion. As you celebrate this July 4th – drink to liberty!

* Lush is now on sale for $9.99 per 6-pk, reg. $11.99 per 6-pk, sale through July 9, 2018. *

Crack open a can (or two, or three…) of one of Fremont’s most esteemed India pale ales. Tropical and fragrant, Lush is brewed with a hand-selected blend of malts and hops reminiscent of lime, mango, and guava. It’s distinctive character comes from a juicy blend of Citra® and Mosaic® hops and concentrated Citra® Lupulin Powder, balanced with 2-Row Pale and Honey malts. With a touch of peppery spice to the finish, this bright orange colored IPA is at home with burgers and nachos or dessert.

Pair it with: spicy chicken pineapple kebabs ~ grilled pb & j sandwich ~ baked falafel wraps

Quasar Pale Ale
