Co-op Brew Corner: Hop Into Spring With A Hopped IPA
Things are weird, but bright and hoppy IPAs are a sure fire way to make it feel a little more like spring! Here are two of our favorite spring IPAs for drinking in this glorious sunny weather.
Snoqualmie Falls Brewing Sunny Si Citra Hopped IPA

Say hello to warmer weather just by cracking open a sunset-colored can of a citrusy IPA. This Citra Si hopped IPA from Snoqualmie Falls Brewing, located in Snoqualmie, WA, is made with an entire pound of citra hops in each barrel, providing the beer with an intensely fresh flavor.
With a rich gold color and floral scents of orange, mango, dried apricot, and wildflower honey, this IPA is perfect for enjoying on the back porch with a grilled steak from one of our favorite meat vendors, Oregon Country Beef.

Two Beers Southern Resident Killer Whale Chinook Hop IPA

In case you need a reason to drink beer, the Southern Resident Killer Whale Chinook Hop IPA is a beer whose profits support killer whales. Two Beers, located in Seattle, teamed up with the SeaDoc Society to craft a beer that’s not only tasty and springy, but supports our local wildlife.
The beer itself features flavors of grapefruit, pineapple, and light pine, and is made with Certified Salmon-Safe Chinook Hops as a nod to the Southern Resident Killer Whale’s main food source, chinook salmon.
