Leap into Lighter Fare

Sip springtime brews and check out some new arrivals in our Beer & Cider Department. Look for new local seasonal releases and be sure to take advantage of our sale of Citradelic Tangerine IPA for $7.99 per 6-pk, regularly $8.99. Sale runs April 2o, 2016 through April 30, 2016.

Citradelic Tangerine India Pale Ale – from New Belgium Brewing of Fort Collins, CO/Asheville, NC – 6% alcohol by volume /50 IBUs. A generous amount of  Nugget, Crystal, Centennial, Azzaca, Cascade, Citra, Chinook, Galaxy, Mandarina Bavaria, and Simcoe hops give this IPA a complex edge. Crisp and refreshing, this bright orange ale starts mildly sweet and transitions into a well-balanced bitterness. Piney hops with notes of pineapple and tropical fruit make it a great companion to spicy foods. Pair it with: Sloppy Joe sandwiches or Thai curries.

Pear Up Watermelon Pear Cider from NCider of Wenatchee, WA – 5.3% alcohol by volume / semi-dry. The latest seasonal release from one of Washington’s few traditional perry (pear cider) providers. Dry, bubbly pear cider meets the cool, refreshing flavor of watermelon to create an unexpected but tasty pear cider that is low in sugar. Pear Up Watermelon compliments rich triple cream brie cheese, crunchy fig spread, or anything with bacon.
