This Tuesday: Oskar Blues Brewers & Co-op Sausage
Show support for micro brew landmark Oskar Blues Brewery and the Co-op by attending the Oskar Blues Brewers Night at the Porterhouse on January 12, 5:30-7:30pm. Our neighborhood pub will feature awesome Co-op made sausage, 22 beer and cider taps, and a beer-inspired menu to showcase the flavors of Oskar Blues’ standard and seasonal brews. Here’s a sneak peak at a few menu items to be featured at the event:
- Old Chub Sausage with Sauerkraut: Skagit Valley Food Co-op’s house-made Scotch ale sausage on a soft Amoroso roll with locally made sauerkraut and mustard
- Juan’s Meatloaf: Country Natural Beef with arugula and topped with TenFidy Imperial Stout and Cascadia Mushroom gravy and potato croquette
- Death By Mousse: Death by Coconut Porter chocolate mousse with fresh organic whipped cream
Try some brews at the Porterhouse and then visit the Co-op’s Beer Aisle to take some brews home. We offer Oskar Blues signature Dale’s Pale Ale and Old Chub Scotch Ale 6pk cans for $8.99 each; Death By Coconut Porter 4pk cans (limited release) for $11.49 each; and Canundrum, Oskar Blues’ variety mixed 12pk for $15.99 each.
