This free workshop covers the WHY and HOW of Meditation and shows you how meditation can take you into deeper realms of your being, where you can discover the positive and happy person that you really are. The class includes several meditation techniques and practice. You can begin a daily practice with all of the benefits of meditation. The class covers a wide range of meditation practices: breathing, visualization, concentration, mantra, music, and other methods.
Dr. Polissar started meditating as a Buddhist monk in Thailand in the 1970s. He moved to the United States and studied directly with Spiritual Teacher Sri Chinmoy for 34 years.
