Path produces an impressive array of natural

grain foods.
Arran Stephens founded Canada's first health food store in 1971. The business, then called Lifestream, soon expanded into milling and baking their own whole grain muesli, granola, nut butters, and energy bars. In 1985, Arran and his partner Ratana, began a new venture, Nature's Path. Nature's Path first product was Organic Manna Bread, a unleavened sprouted loaf rich in protein, fiber, and flavor. They soon moved on to cereals, baking mixes, energy bars, waffles, and much more.
