With over 200 fresh, organic products in stock everyday, we have a huge variety of staple items, like organic fair-trade bananas, organic lettuce, organic locally-grown apples and organic potatoes, and a wonderful selection of seasonal specialty items, like organic burdock root, organic heirloom tomatoes, and fresh herbs grown in the Skagit Valley.

As a community-owned natural foods co-op, we work hard to support a local economy and food system. Our produce staff work with local farmers to supply the Co-op with fresh, seasonal, local harvest, both certified organic and sustainably produced.

Ben joined us in 2000 as a produce stocker and was promoted to produce manager in 2002. As a Skagit County native, Ben enjoys his relationships with local farmers, connecting his neighbors with great food, and in his own words "supporting local agriculture at the ground level".
