We stock a complete array of baking supplies, including gluten-free flour and sweeteners such as agave syrup, blackstrap molasses, and raw local fireweed and blackberry honey. We offer grind-your-own organic peanut butter and almond butter, as well as Bragg’s Liquid Amino Acids, and organic vanilla extract. You’ll also find natural instant soup, falafel and dip mixes alongside nuts, seeds, beans, and legumes.
Our bulk department also includes locally sourced raw bulk organic extra virgin olive oil, organic wheat-free tamari sauce, and organic canola oil. We carry a selection of organic, fair trade, and locally roasted coffees, including the Co-op’s own coffee and espresso beans, which are roasted in-house everyday. We also carry black, green, and herbal tea blends. We stock select personal care and supplements items in bulk – they are in Aisle 3, across from the boxed cereals. Bulk personal care items include liquid soaps, shampoo, conditioner, and laundry detergent as well as beeswax, benotite clay, and protein powder.
Herbs and Spices – from arrowroot powder to chia seeds to xantham gum, find what you need to fill your pantry with flavor and nutrition. We also carry dried medicinal herbs, roots, and flowers suitable for homemade infusions and teas.
