We offer a wide range of packaged foods, bulk foods, natural household cleaning items, and more. We offer thousands of gluten-free items and dozens of organic and probiotic dairy (and dairy-free) products. Our grocery staff works to keep artificial ingredients, hydrogenated oils, and high fructose corn syrup off our shelves. We also support the effort to label genetically modified organisms.
Currently, we carry approximately 1,800 products that have been verified by the Non-GMO Project. If you would like to reduce or eliminate GMOs from your diet, the easiest option is to eat organic. Fun fact: If a food has one of the following three USDA identifiers, it has to be free of GMOs: 100% Organic (Green or Black seal), Organic (use of the seal is optional), or Made with Organic Ingredients (no seal). The good news? We have thousands and thousands of products that fall into one of those four categories!
We feature an extensive selection of Bulk Foods, including bulk baking items, oils, nuts, seeds, grains, dried beans, dried fruits, fair trade coffee and teas, spices, and snacks. Our dairy cases are stocked with plenty of locally produced milks, cultured yogurt, and creamers. Our frozen food section includes many locally produced frozen vegetables, fruits, entrees, desserts, and fresh pints of the Co-op’s own handmade small-batch ice cream.
Our growers, ranchers, brewers, vintners, bakers, and other producers are some of the best folks on the planet! Whenever possible, we source locally for the best taste, value, health, and sustainability. We love artisan foods and are proud of our selection of handmade breads, cheeses, wines, chocolates, olives, and other traditionally made foods from the Northwest and around the world! Your Co-op is the area’s leading manufacturer and purveyor of the finest foods. If we can’t make it, we’ll find it for you!
