New Local Appel Farms Feta
We are proud to support our local cheese makers in Washington state. Now we can all enjoy more quality, everyday cheese with the introduction of naturally gluten free, Greek-style cow’s milk feta from Appel Farms in Ferndale. Third generation farmers tend a herd of 900 cattle and produce fresh and aged cheese from their fresh pasteurized cow’s milk.

This feta crumbles easily, but is also firm enough to slice and serve with salads, chicken, pasta, and vegetables.
