What's Dippin' in the well?

Summer Ice Cream

Summer’s in full swing and it’s ice cream time!

Visit our Deli to experience the Co-op’s handmade ice cream, crafted in small batches, using local and organic ingredients. In addition to our classics — Vanilla, Chocolate, Coffee — check out these favorite and returning flavors:

  • brownfieldCherry Chocolate Chunk:  farm direct from Brownfield Orchard in Chelan, WA. Juicy, organic red cherries make their way to the Co-op from Chelan, where they meet hunks of rich, dark chocolate fair trade Guittard Chocolate, and become enrobed in our silky Vanilla ice cream. A delight on its own or served atop a freshly baked Chocolate Chip Cookie.
  • Chocolate Brownie — Our house-made brownies meet their match with vanilla ice cream. Why complicate matters? Some things are just best made simply.
  • Chocolate Peanut Butter Caramel Swirl — all the usual suspects are here: organic, freshly ground peanut butter (also available for purchase in bulk), made-from-scratch caramel sauce, and melted dark chocolate. Together they combine to create something truly enjoyable.

Do you enjoy your frozen delights dairy-free? Fresh Raspberry and Orange sorbet are available, made from organic and local whole fruit, lemon juice, and filtered water.

Stay tuned for more exciting frozen treats in CONES, our new community-owned business, a part of our upcoming marketplace, C•SQUARE, located at 309 S. 3rd Street, adjacent to the Co-op building. Save the date: join us for an Open House on September 10th, 2016. Our new venture CONES will feature frozen novelties like ice cream bars, sandwiches, and more.
