Skagit Food Co-op blog:

What's Dippin' in the well?

It’s a Rock ‘n’ Road

Few things are more delicious than freshly churned ice cream. Here at the Co-op we get a kick out of cranking out new as well as nostalgic flavors. We start with a base of locally (from the Organic Valley Dairy Cooperative) sourced eggs, cream, and milk and add imagination.

Our newest flavor is Rock ‘n’ Road — our take on that certain classic almond, marshmallow, and chocolate flavor. Based on our excellent Chocolate flavor made from Guittard fair trade dark chocolate, we add house made marshmallow chunks and coarsely chopped organic almonds. The result is creamy, chewy, crunchy, and intensely satisfying. Enjoy Rock ‘n’ Road by the scoop, cup, or as a tantalizing milkshake.
