What’s Dipping in the Well: Sorbet-Style

The Co-op is a destination for frozen treats in Skagit Valley. In addition to our handmade ice creams, we offer non-dairy sorbet with a rotating selection of Orange and Raspberry. Simple, yet elegant, these non-dairy, gluten-free flavors are handmade in small batches and available by the scoop, pint, or shake.

Sorbet is a chilled, non-dairy, scoop-able popsicle. Our flavors are pure fruit essence distilled. To create our classic Orange we juice fresh, Valencia oranges, then add orange zest and filtered water. For our tangy, magenta-colored Raspberry flavor, we use locally grown raspberries and combine their tart-sweet juice with a pinch of cane sugar, and add just enough filtered water to retain its bright flavor. Smooth and seedless, this raspberry sorbet is a tasty snack or dessert.
