What’s Dipping in the Well: Sorbet-Style

The Co-op is a destination for frozen treats in Skagit Valley. In addition to our organic ice creams, we offer non-dairy sorbet with a rotating selection of Orange and Raspberry. Simple, yet elegant, these non-dairy, gluten-free flavors are handmade with organic ingredients and available by the scoop, pint, or shake.

Sorbet is a chilled, non-dairy, scoop-able popsicle. Our flavors are pure fruit essence distilled. To create our classic Orange we juice fresh, organic Valencia oranges, then add orange zest and filtered water. For our tangy, magenta-colored Raspberry flavor, we use locally grown raspberries and combine their tart-sweet juice with a pinch of organic cane sugar, and add just enough filtered water to retain its bright flavor. Smooth and seedless, this raspberry sorbet is a tasty snack or dessert.
