Board Announces No Patronage

The Co-op Board has declared no Patronage Dividend for 2025 purchases.

Patronage is only returned to members when the Co-op has made sufficient net income for the year. In 2025, the Co-op experienced negative net income, therefore there are no excess earnings from 2025 to return to members. In 2025, we saw continued increases in the cost of supplies, services, wages, and healthcare.

Thanks to our members and shoppers, our sales remain strong, and we have adequate resources to allow us time to regain profitability. In 2026, we will continue our efforts to reward staff with fair pay and benefits. The 2026 business plan focuses on three main pillars: Operating Clarity & Cohesion, Community & Culture, and Strategic Sales Growth. By focusing our attention on these three areas, we hope to work toward profitability in a way that still honors people, planet, and purpose.
