Beecher’s Cheese will be at the Co-op to sample their famous Flagship Cheddar and other cheeses in our Meat Department on Saturday, October 17th. If you haven’t had it, Beecher’s Cheeses are sharp, nutty, and work great on a charcuterie board, melted into grilled cheese, or added to gooey mac and cheese. Try some for yourself!
